The Carnelian Dance Association is the owner of this website with Domain Name carneliandanceassociation.gr (hereinafter “the Website”). The Website constitutes the electronic space for communication and information about the services provided. The non-profit Carnelian Dance Association (CDA) has joined as a member of the non-profit organization founded in England in 2019 under the name "World Dance Organisation" (also called "WDO") which promotes dance internationally as an art form and implements actions and pursues purposes related to the purposes of the CDA.

Use of the Website is subject to the terms set forth herein and in its integral parts. The user is invited to read them carefully and to use the Website only if he fully accepts them. The Carnelian Dance Association Website provides the option to interact with social media, namely Facebook, Instagram and Youtube "Likes". This option may allow access to each user's social network accounts. Carnelian Dance Association does not have access to these social network services nor to the profiles of users in them. However, it recommends that each user read all information about the respective social media services before making any choice available on the Carnelian Dance Association Website, in order to be better informed regarding their privacy policies. Carnelian Dance Association is not responsible for the actions or omissions of any social media service provider or for users' use of the options included on their platform.

The Carnelian Dance Association and/or the processors, acting by order and on its behalf, collect, process and use the Subject's personal data, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions and this information on personal data. • Website traffic monitoring

Like most websites, ours uses the Google Analytics service to track Subjects' activity. We use this data to determine the number of people using the website, to better understand how users find and use our website, and to evaluate their journey through it. Although Google Analytics records data such as the Subject's geographic location, device, web browser and operating system, none of this information makes the Subject personally identifiable to us.

4. Data retention time

The data in question is kept only for the period of time necessary to fulfill the purposes of its collection and processing (see paragraph number 3) and is deleted in a secure manner after this, unless it is foreseen to continue to keep it by the current legislation.

The processing of personal data by the Carnelian Dance Association is carried out in a way that ensures its privacy. Carnelian Dance Association takes all appropriate organizational and technical measures to secure data and protect it from accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, alteration, prohibited dissemination or access and any other form of unlawful processing.
